  • Tonight for dinner I had a huge salad with some sliced steak, and 1 handful of walnuts with a few raisins and chocolate chips in its mix.

    Feeling nervous about the LA schools not opening in the Fall, but not letting that spiral into emotional eating. So thankful for this group and excited to be apart of it too.

Austin, Texas! Cauliflower Rice w/ cheese & grilled shrimp!

St. Louis, MO. I had high fiber toast and Shakeology for breakfast, ratatouille with a little mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and mango for lunch. Was going to try Cauliflower shrimp and grits for dinner, but my husband wants steak . . . so I will try the recipe another night. Will likely do the steak with more ratatouille. I make a really big pan of it every week and it is ALL veggies!
