  • Hey Rockstars!!

    I am so excited for all of us to take our health and goals to new heights.

    I’m committed to tracking my food daily and getting in a workout at least 5 days a week, even if it’s just 10 minutes of ab exercises.

    What are the first changes you plan on starting with this week??

Back to tracking and increasing my water! I won the last diet bet, even while on vacation! Now I’m home and need to keep it up! I had two really bad treat days (travel- fast food twice in one day, and then the next day I hadn’t grocery shopped so had minimal veggies)
I feel crappy today in my stomach, but have a positive attitude about it. That never would have been the case before 2B!! But thankfully I know I can lose it as fast as I’ve gained these two days so I’m excited to get back on track!
