I have a rough week ahead of me. Gained a few pounds due to weekend hosting with food and drinks.... and am also expecting nature's gift mid week. Going to drink a gallon of water today and already cleansed my refrigerator of the foods I no longer need to indulge in. Any tips to loose 4 pounds this week

You might also watch your salt intake—I find that has a big effect. :blush:
