What does everyone's diet and exercise routine look like? I do keto with protein sparing modified fasts. I'm loving the results. For exercise I do walking and if I'm lucky, hiking. I'm trying to get the courage to get back on the treadmill. What works for you?

I’ve been vegetarian for over a year now but starting from last month I began tracking my calories, doing 2-3 cardio sessions and 5 HIIT classes a week (it takes a lot for me to lose weight lol) after winning the June challenge I took a week off and am back at it this week :muscle:
