For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m interested to know what everyone’s go to dinners are during this diet bet?
Mine is tray bakes. I’m loving Greek style chicken, with Mediterranean veg mix at the moment.

I don't have a go to, but I'm going to check out that Greek style chicken, sounds good

I've been more focused on workouts than food. Just staying around 2000 calories a day, which hasn't been too much of a struggle if i start with black coffee instead of the yum stuff.
