How's everyone doing with Round 1 so far? I think I'm doing OK, and will hopefully make my goal for this round next week. I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for the last 3 weeks and am pretty close to my 3% for this round. Started incorporating walks last week, about 1.5 miles per day. Lots of slow but steady things I need to incorporate to get back into good habits!

I got back on IF this week and forgot how much I love it!

Alex, you can really decide how to do your own IF schedule. I don't follow it now because I wake up hangry and I'm breastfeeding so I have to be careful, but I've been trying not to eat anything after dinner.
Anyway, Chalene Johnson actually had some helpful info online a few years back when I started, but I'm sure there are tons of resources now. There are a lot of people that have 6 hour eating windows, but I could never practically do that. You have to consider your work schedule, workout times, etc and then just try it. There's no set right or wrong. Good luck!
