For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Got a mile in on the treadmill. I shaved one minute off my time from Monday but I feel with my height, which is 5'10 and all legs, I should be faster. I've never been trained, does anyone have any tips?

Hey I used to run cross county and have some running tips. Try running with a weighted vest on ($25 at target) or ankle weights (but I personally don’t like ankle weights because the strain it puts on your knees) When you condition with the weights and run without you will have a better performance. Also be sure you are taking long strides

Run outside and find a way to track your time and miles. If you have to use a treadmill make sure you set your incline to 1. Start with being able to run a mile without stopping then slowly add distance. The key to getting faster and better at running is being consistent with it! You’ll get it... it just takes time!
