For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I Coach a competitive rowing team and I'm in a January Concept2 Virtual rowing challenge with my athletes (high school aged kids) and my competitive nature may be the death of me! But I'm on top of the leader board! 😂😂. (If you never see another post from me, I've fallen off the erg!)

Lol I’m in a Winter Warrior Challenge the goal is to run or walk 1 mile every day in January. I too am very competitive and have injured myself trying to get ahead however I already have been trying to fit in double workouts just to get ahead! SMH
