For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I really badly ended up stress eating over the holidays and it carried over into the new year. :(
I really need to kick it into high gear and push myself again! I know I can do this and I believe in all of us! Don't let life get in the way of managing your health and priorities! They need to go hand in hand!

Oh I have to think that lots of us ended up eating more than we probably should have. At first I thought well it’s after the Christmas weigh in so I’m okay but then all the goodies, treats, food and gifts of food... goodness my jeans are a little snug today. I’ve been working out every day but most days are minimum effort. Thank you JJ for your honesty and the reminder to not let life get in the way of my health. Let’s do this right!!!
