For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hello everyone! Happy Sunday!

    Tomorrow is officially day one. For some of you this maybe be your 3rd, 4th or even 10th game but just know that everyone has a day one and for anyone who’s just starting tomorrow please know we’re all here to support you. We’re all here to support each other but I know how intimidating it can be to venture out on a weightloss journey. You may feel like you don’t know where to begin but the important thing is that you’re beginning.

    These next four weeks should be a time of focus and dedication. This means cutting out the foods that may have gotten you to your heaviest or to your breaking point. For me that was fast food. In 2016 I finally said NO MORE. I stopped spending time in the drive thru and more time prepping my own meals in the kitchen. One thing I can promise you is no matter how lost you may feel nutritionally cooking your meals at home will always be the better option. You will save calories without even knowing it. Fast food was such a huge downfall for me. I was eating it before work, after work and between meals. It was literally controlling my life and got me to my heaviest. Through these next few weeks I will be cooking on my IG account and sharing meals that helped me lose the majority of my weight. I would appreciate you all to also share your meals and snack ideas here on our wall aswell. I think we can all learn a lot from one another and meal/snack options is always a huge request. I also recommend even one download myfitnesspal app to track your calories. This is a huge step in getting you to your goals. I am not a nutritionist but I have put in the work and lost my weight. I will do my best these next 4 weeks to make sure you meet your goal and learn something along the way.
