Rant: I’m doing it but when looking for “snacks” staying under 21 grams of carbs a day is hard. 1 week down 2 weeks to go ... I heard if you are condos any at something for 21 days it’s becomes a habit... lord I hope that’s true

Try cooking some pepperoni or salami slices (oven or microwave) to make "chips". I also like to snack on cheese or some nuts (pay attention to the portion size on nuts, it's easy to over eat on the carbs).
