Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good morning team happy Monday & happy Labor Day. I hope the majority of you have the day off, I know some maybe working and to those individuals thank you. Holiday weekends can make us sink or swim as far as routine goes. I won’t say my food has been 100% but my workouts have been consistent and intense. The last 2 days we have been hiking a local trail by our house and getting extra steps in when we can, if you live in CA you know there’s been an intense heat wave so getting our workout done in the AM has been a must. Workouts have not only been a huge help through my physical transformation but even more so for my mental health. I know at times our workouts can seem like a chore but eventually over time they become habits and just part of our daily routine. Let’s focus this week on burning as many extra calories as possible & keeping our nutrition 100% because let’s be honest we don’t have time for anything less than 100% - SEVEN DAYS TO GO!

    Monday challenge- Please hit a minimum of 10k steps today as well as doing the mini workout below.
    Fast feet - Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hips low. Push through the balls of your feet and run in place quick!
    The go straight into 3 burpees, followed by a 15 second rest. Repeat this 10 times!
    As always please only do what your physical ability allows and rest when needed. Anyone who participates in this challenge will be entered into a giveaway for FREE entry into my next game starting on 9/28. I’ll be picking 2 winners from the comments tomorrow morning.

Did the workout and a 45 min leg and ab video but did not hit the steps as I'm in an area completely covered in smoke and ash :confused:
