For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Friday Friends!!

    3 days in a row for me back on track, I made some costly decisions over the weekend with my diet so I just wanted to report that I turned it around and a reminder that YOU CAN TO! Even if there is no way you will win, do us all a favor and fight until the end.

    I'm committing to ALL COOKED MEALS THIS WEEKEND AT HOME, and HIKING EVERYDAY STARTING TODAY! What are your guys commitments for the weekend? Drop me a comment below.

    I will be doing two giveaways this weekend.

    Two players will each win a $100.00 amazon gift card, all you have to do is be active here on our game wall + do both the challenges that are posted. On Monday morning I will announce both winners.

    I will also be posting 2 optional workouts this weekend one for Saturday which is posted below.. and one on Sunday! On top of doing both the workout challenges I want you all to hit 10k steps! If you normally hit 10k aim for a higher goal. Set your standards high this weekend! Like I said earlier finish what you start everyone, win or lose! Remember weigh outs begin on Monday the 14th - 15th.

    Lets go team, home stretch. Let’s keep our game active this weekend. Post your workouts, your meals, your water intake. Let’s keep each other motivated.

    I will be doing the challenge below.. I will be attempting the jumping jacks and jump ropes. I have not done these movements since pre surgery so we will see how it goes. Remember feel free to modify movements or reps to your physical ability. If you don’t have a jump rope run in place for 1 minute. Make sure you’re tagging me on IG so I can share your guys progress. Just know I’m sooooo proud of you all!
