For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone else get “lazy” with their food choices on the weekend? What do you do to stay on track? Any tips/tricks are welcome! It seems to be the biggest issue with weight loss for me...

The weekends are so hard. For me its all about planning. I look at what our weekend plans are and get an idea of what I will eat each day. If we are going out on the boat I cut veggies and cheese so I have my snacks ready to put in the cooler without thinking about it. We eat at our local marina alot on the weekends because my son works there. I just look at the menu and no what I'm getting before we go. I tell my husband what I want then go to the bathroom, let him order and never look at the menu. I hope this helps. Good luck this weekend

Meal prep through it! If your meals are already made, it takes so much off your mind. Just grab and eat. Decide that your "why" is top priority and follow through. You got this!
