I set a goal for myself for the month of July... to do at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. I alternated between running, yoga, HIIT, and light weights. I only lost 3lbs, but I wish I had taken measurements bc my arms feel significantly stronger/toned. Doing a different type of exercise everyday definitely kept me motivated. I plan on keeping the momentum going into August, but might give myself 1 day off every week so I don't get burnt out. I also just bought a bike so I might incorporate rides into my workouts.

How is everyone doing? We've got about 2-1/2 weeks left!
