How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hey everyone! I start nursing school at the end of August and I need a reset. I joined so I can start the next chapter of my life on a good foot. I start diet after diet and always struggle to stay motivated when I don’t see the numbers change on the scale so that has always been my downfall so I’m hoping to stay motivated. And joining this with all of you will hopefully help! Nice to meet everyone! :)

Good luck with school! (And this)

I’m a nurse too!

Congrats on starting nursing school! I'm also a nurse. It's a crazy times out there, just be mindful and stay safe!

I think motivation is overrated. Consistency comes from discipline and confidence in your choice to be healthier. Stay consistent whether you feel motivated or not and you'll get there!
