Does anyone here do intermittent fasting and workout every day? If you do, what is your window? Do you base your eating around your workout? And do you eat low carb, count calories or just eat what you want but only within your window?

I fast sometimes 16 other times 20 depending on how I’m feeling etc. I do once a week one meal. I watch my carbs also like Emma said. Im mainly a chicken and salad right now since I’m finally past my goal been trying to get down a little more with this diet bet. Also wake up early get my workout in and the evenings I will go for a run or walk depending on how my day was at work.

I am doing OMAD, so about 23 hours fasting and a 1 hour eating window. Workout is light and after breaking fast. Took me about 2 1/2 weeks to adjust to OMAD and even think about exercise! I do not limit carbs or calories, but stop when full. I make sure to get protein, veggies and fruit.
