Can you drink too much water? I typically drink 64 oz. in the morning before lunch, 64 oz. before the work day is over and then at least 32 oz more before bed.

I'm the same. I have a 40oz bottlewnd and I drink two before I break my fast at lunchtime, 2 more throughout the day and then another at bed. I move a lot though and it's SOOOO hot here in Southern California. Great job, I say keep your body happy and hydrated :grin:

Yes you can drink too much water, but you'd know if that was happening because you'd feel confused and disoriented. It's recommended not to drink more than 32 oz. In an hour.
