For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Loving the shift in mindset as I’m so much happier and have more energy as a result of prioritizing healthy habits! It’s amazing how much difference consuming the right foods, drinking enough water and being active can make on your emotional and mental health! Certainly being 9lbs lighter and seeing my clothes fit better helps too ;)
