  • Happy Friday!!! How are you doing?
    As we are wrapping up our game I am excited to head into a 3 day weekend. Curious what are your plans for the weekend? How close are you to hitting your goal? I got up and am attempting to take on a 6 mile run/hike to get my body movin!

Definitely drink more water! I find I do better when I get 80oz of water each day, it’s a lot, but you get use to it! Good luck.

A killer workout this morning that made me proud! I’ve avoided Dunkin donuts for 2 weeks and I’ve eaten clean for 2 weeks! I’ve also added weights to my workouts along with running 2 miles!
