Been away for a week (glamping in the rain and wind) and unable to workout plus the knock on of feeling my diet was just starting to fail... I just weighed myself and I've reached my goal. I typically hate blowing my own trumpet but I'm so proud of myself for staying mindful. Honestly I was petrified of the scales today but I've done it. Can't actually believe it.
