How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • We're getting close to the end of this game. You guys have been making so much progress. Push hard to the end; you've got this team! :)

So I was wondering, how often do you like to weigh yourself when you're actively trying to lose weight or even maintain? For me, I like to weigh-in every day, it helps me tweak what I need to along the way and helps keep me focused. But for other people that doesn't work as well.
What helps you stay on course the best?

Err day

PR

Each morning. If I'm up I evaluate my diet from the day before, salt, hydration, cheat meals. It speaks volumes.
