Thinking of trying intermittent fasting. Any suggestions? I work full time every Fri, sat, sun from 7a-7p. I have 2 small kids (almost 5 and 2), and a husband who's disabled, so I do all the cooking. Thanks for any help!!

I do 14/10. My feeding window M - F is 9-7. I try for 10 - 8 on the weekends. It helps with my evening snacking. I have tea early AM and PM. It’s also helped with my gut issues. Give it a try & don’t beat yourself up if you forget and eat during your fasting time. You can start fresh the next day. It gets easier after you’ve done it for a few weeks. I don’t miss evening snacking and I barely drink alcohol anymore. Good luck!

It's worth a try! My husband does well on it, but it wasn't great for me. It helped my digestion issues, but I needed the energy from breakfast and it would often trigger a binge
