How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Since I can’t workout yet, after having my last vein surgery just a week ago( hoping to get cleared on 15th) we walked my oldest daughter up to her 1st day of prek-4. I’m not going to lie I’ve been struggling with not being able to do my workouts everyday, but thankful I’m at least able to walk. This too shall pass, but for now I’m really going to try to hone in on my nutrition. Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday!!
