  • Shakeology w/spinach and frozen cauliflower and a kodiak cakes waffle with PB! I have been losing weight the last few days and today was the first day I stayed the same. However, when I put on my workout clothes this morning, they felt like they fit better than the day’s prior. That plus the weight not moving gives me the mindset of “I’m doing great! I can relax on the nutrition a little not to reward myself + what’s the point of focusing on nutrition if I did that yesterday and the scale didn’t move”. This is ALWAYS the time I self sabotage. It makes no sense i know. Today I am giving myself the gift of staying focused - all because of this diet bet!

I had this issue last diet bet, for 5 days straight I was eating so clean and biking everyday and no change in the scale but sure enough it did fall off, two days later so if not today then tomorrow or the next. It’s probably sodium retention, so drink more water and you’ll see the scale drop!
