  • So I’ve heard Ilana say before that if you don’t know what to make just start with some garlic and onion in a pan and something will come together... IT IS SO TRUE!! I’ve seriously done that so many times and more often than not some super tasty veggie dish comes from it! 🙌????

    Tonight we had some sliced steak from Costco left to use and I knew I wanted something kind of creamy to go with it but wanted to stay veggies most. So started with garlic and onion and found some mini bell peppers and threw those in, then added a bag of frozen cauliflower rice and then added some pesto sauce and a little mozzarella.
    It was so good!! Definitely going to be repeating this sometime and always remember just start with garlic and onion in a pan and it really is true something good will always come from it!
