Focus on my eating. My weight sky rocketed during this challenge because I gave up on myself and went crazy eating soooooo no more of that!!!!!
I've got my exercise plan and will eat more salads as well as trying new veggie recipes to add into my daily routine. Stay on track and accomplish my goals. My bday is this month and I want to move into the next lower decade on the scale!!!!!
