    We all know water is great for us and helps our bodies in many ways. Do you already have a habit of drinking plenty of water every day, or is it a struggle for you to get it in? Just like anything else, the more you do something, the easier it becomes to then incorporate it into your everyday life. This process is about building good habits, that not only last us through the game but through the rest of our lives. How did everyone's first day go? What's your plan for day 2?

I almost didn't make my 64oz cause I fell asleep but I woke up in time to drink my last 10oz. My plan for day 2 is to use my time water bottle to make sure I'm getting the proper water intake
