  • It's Fitness Week! I hope the challenge is going well for everyone so far! :)
    What helps you stay on course with your workout routine? For me, it helps to sign up for a race. It gets me out running when I could have just as easily found an excuse not to go. What do you do? What helps you stick with your healthy habits in the long run?

Training for half marathons keeps me active. It’s been a struggle with everything getting canceled this year. But also my vacations keep me motivated. Always want to look halfway decent in a bikini so I make sure to work out or run 6-7 days a week.
