Anyone else fasting? I blew it for a few days after I finished up my last weight bets. I’m going to do a fast for 36 hours and clean out my system and jump start my new weight loss regiment. Any one else have a success story with fasting? I’d love to hear it or any other new weight loss programs that have helped you keep the weight off. That’s my biggest struggle! Best of luck to everyone!

Wow! Thanks everyone for your advice! I’m taking it and just finished up a 36 hour fast and I’m not hungry yet, I’ve been drinking tons of calorie free liquids. I’m going to try to make it two days. I’ve only had one small break before I went to bed I had a couple scrambled eggs. I was told if it’s carbs and under 500 calories it’s okay one time a day during a fast. I can’t go to sleep starving. Have you heard that too?

I think your calories depend on how long you’re fasting. I usually stick to 200 calories or less if I’m doing a 24 hour fast. I’ve never heard anything about carbs vs protein but if it works for you, keep doing it!
