How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Ok a few things..

I totally slacked on my water intake today.. so badly!

Winners for the 2nd challenge are Maddie & Ashleigh ladies please send me a DM on IG @isfrannyfityetdietbet so I can send you your $50 Nike giftcards. As a reminder winners are picked randomly from the comment sections of the challenge post. Next workout challenge will be posted tomorrow! Congrats ladies and way to work hard everyone who completed both days. So proud of you all.

Second thing.. if you have some time watch this YouTube video. Would love to hear everyones thoughts and opinions. Super amazing creator named Kiana Docherty, some of you maybe familiar with her already. It’s a documentary style video on the health at every size movement, focusing on Tess Holiday. I am someone who believes in acceptance at every size 100% but not necessarily health at every size. I think the two topics get mixed up quite often. I know from personal experience how easy it is to get wrapped up into the self love aspect of it vs actually showing ourselves self love by taking care of ourselves. Anyways, watch it and post your feed back here on our wall.

I agree with worthy at every weight not necessarily healthy at every weight. To me health is so complex. Obesity is a visible attribute that makes us question ones health. I do believe that one can be obese and still be an athlete or be strong and physically fit in some aspects, but still have health struggles due to their weight. But there are also super fit people who we deem “healthy” without a second thought, even though they may have “health” issues that are not visible to the public eye the way that obesity is, perhaps they are smokers, or struggle with addictions. In 2020 we wouldn’t put a model smoking a cigarette on the cover of a magazine, but that doesn’t mean the model isn’t a smoker. I think the video touched on this when referencing Kate Moss. It would be hard to find someone who we could deem truly healthy in every aspect of the word.

Thoroughly enjoyed that video! Really puts into perspective accountability. I’ve been obese my entire life, and at 31 years old can say I have been on blood pressure meds, had c-pap, and have aching joints because of my size. The only person I can hold accountable to lose it is ME! We all want to love ourself no matter if we are big or small, but from my personal experience life comes much happier and easier at a lower weight/healthier lifestyle.
