Good morning team,

Happy Friday!!! Is this game flying by or is it just me? I am so, so, so proud of myself so far this game. Not even scale related (although I'm trying) but more so NSV and just really finding my groove again post-surgery. The last 3 weeks I have really shown up for myself and you cant put a price on that.

How are you all doing? Heading into our 2nd to last weekend and I hope you are feeling good and committed. I know its super easy to be excited and pumped up the first 2 weeks then the motivation can drift BUT ONLY IF YOU LET IT. I am doing my best to keep you all motivated and ready to tackle each day as it comes. We all have our ups and downs, myself included, but we also all have power inside of us to over come those bad days. Even if over coming them means picking yourself up the next day and pushing forward. It is so important to not let too many bad day pile up. We can really set ourselves back if we allow the bad days to overpower us. I know some times its hard, and it does feel like there's no point in the effort you are putting in. I get it. I have felt these exact feelings, you are allowed to feel those things just don’t wallow them. I'm really challenging any of you that are having a pity party to dust yourself off for the rest of our game. Yes, I know there's someone reading this that wants to throw in the towel or might have already. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF! What can you do from today forward to improve your situation?

I am proud of everyone who is showing up every day. I see you all! Keep your posts coming, workout check-ins, meals you are eating. Lets keep our game active this weekend it helps me personally a lot. Days I don’t want to work out I log on and see what you all are doing & I'm automatically motivated to get it done.

Challenge 5 & 6 will be posted this evening for saturday and sunday.
Both challenges are cardio.

Motivated for sure even though my exercise is all over the place with a return to school in progress. I’ve been keeping my portions in control pretty well and love seeing little movements on the weigh ins.

  • I’ve got 9 days to lose 2lbs and I’m really hoping I can do it! I know it’ll be 100% based on my diet! Got lots of healthy options so determined to stick to those! Did the incline challenge today! Holy moly! Intense!
