How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

That's why I finally broke down and got Beachbody on Demand. I just can't get motivated to get outside like I should.

I have a Bowflex Max M5. It's like a cross between a stair stepper and elliptical. Helpful for my knees too, since I took a BMW to the knees a few years ago and had issues walking for a bit.

I find it helpful to look on Craigslist for cheap equipment. People will buy it, not use it, then sell it for cheap to get rid of it.
