  • I made the weigh in just barely this month (which is the first time since month 1) and I'm happy, but when I see the pictures of myself I am always depressed.

    I need to be happier with the progress. I did a side by side from my month 1 win and today and it helps a little. But I'm so far from where I want to be.

    So I started hitting the weights! (They hit back, as you can see from the bruise). How do you all have the best results to see your mid-section look less "mom" like?!?

You look incredible! I don't think your midsection looks mom-like at all, from one mom to another! I see the outline of your core! I know it's easier said than done, but try to be kinder to yourself! There is no perfect body, but I hope you've gained energy and strength over the last 5 months and other non scale victories. You've made great progress, congrats!
