For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Remembered progress weigh in after dinner. Weight is a little higher than morning weigh-in. Having a hard time remembering these now that I’m only doing 1 game. I e been on a plateau forever. I don’t want to start another game until I am actually losing weight again. I’m under my goal by a tiny bit so don’t want to rock the boat.

Sally, I have been bouncing btween 165-169 for almost two months. I came down from 200 last fall. My grandson’s wedding next weekend so WILL hit-er again after that. YES, WE CAN shed another 20-30 pounds, already did it once! I’ve got to stay away from ice-cream and/or chocolate or tea w/ a cookie (or three). I’ve been “rewarding”myself but when I see scale creep up, I cut back. We CAN do this.
