Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • REMEMBER YOUR WHY—As we near the end of the Thanksgiving Afterburn Challenge, I want to talk a bit about knowing your "why." Nothing will derail your goals faster than fear, followed by doubt, followed by not knowing your "why." Combine all three and it is a direct path to failure. FIGHT THE FEAR! What are you so afraid of? Failing? Well, you are one your way if you allow the fear to take over. Have courage in yourself and trust the process. ELIMINATE THE DOUBT! Why not you? Why can't you achieve the goal(s) you have set for yourself? What makes you think that others can achieve their goal(s) but you can't? Believe in yourself! And REMEMBER YOUR WHY! What is your "why?" What keeps you going? What is motivating you? What is driving you to achieve your goal(s)? It is crucial to remember your "why" DAILY!
