Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    *Okay guys, Friday is the last day of our Final Challenge! Please click on the (comment) button below this post and report in there, if you completed the challenge. You have until Saturday 12PM (noon) Pacific Time to report in. We will have our drawing shortly after that for the $40 Amazon gift card!

    Challenge reminder:
    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

Done! I had been slacking on fitness a bit early in the competition, but I recently got a new bike and have enjoyed using it everyday. The other two I have done as well. :)
