  • It’s easier for me to get exercise in when I’m at home. Walking this one to the riverside dog park is a beautiful 6km walk by the river.
    My challenge is when I’m away at work. 12 hour shifts and a buffet every night.
    I’ve worked this roster for 5 years now and I’ve consistently struggled to find sustainable habits that work for me.
