Drink tons of water and eat fruit! Avoid salty, protein rich, heavy or cheap carbs. I also don’t work out, because weight training causes you to retain water in your muscles while they heal, and cardio dehydrates you and gets your body to hang on to water. I sleep well, drink tons of water, do gentle stretchy yoga, and eat juicy fruits or drink fresh juices for my energy needs. Good luck!!
