I am not doing great. Am having an awful recovery from my last nerve ablation procedure and have been mostly couch bound. No exercise for 1-1/2 weeks now and my diet is slipping. Luckily I did good the firsrt month but need to start being smarter with a plan.

Highly recommend the Dr. Fuhrman 10 in 20 plan. That will Kickstart you again no problem. It's intense but it's worth it. I'm down about 15 lbs since I started on Sept 7! I've done the plan (you do the 20 days on repeat until you reach your goal) about 2 times through now. About half way to my end goal already! Check it out, no exercise required! :raised_hands:
