    Let’s share some fave healthy snacks to get us thru the day!!!

    My go-to’s:
    Cheese! Mango with tanjin. Skinny pop. Built Bars. More cheese.
    And im as basic as they come, LOVE an ice cold McDonalds Diet Coke or Starbucks Iced Coffee (light 2%, less sweetener too).

    Anyone else treat a pop or full calorie iced coffee as a snack? On a mental level, you like things more that are considered special (ie. treats) rather than a daily “NEED TO HAVE THIS.” You enjoy it more and you dont get as salty if you skip a day in the name of losing weight.
