How is it already the weekend?!?

Does anyone have plans? Tonight im making salmon for dinner and watching halloween movies with the kids. And i have laundry in the machine which maaaay sit there till tomorrow....

The weekends can be the hardest and/or the easiest depending on your schedule. When i worked a normal 9-5 M-F job, the weekends actually ended up being my best eating days because there was ALWAYS FOOD AT WORK. What about you?

This weekend, push for 1 good change. Maybe a walk on Sunday during half time of whatever sport is going on...or an extra 15 minutes at the gym if thats your thing. Somethin small is fine! What im going for is just something out of the ordinary that you can be proud of and build from.
