Goals:
1. My first goal is to get to bed before 10pm EVERY night so my body has a chance to rest and recover! When I feel rested I make better eating and activity decisions.
2. My second goal is to exercise in the morning! It seems like failure for me happens when I put off exercise until the end of the day and run out of time.

If i can stay consistent in exercise and sleep i think that will make huge improvements in my fitness and how I feel each day
