How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I tried eggs-a-la-Ashley this morning (sorry can’t remember her insta handle) but they turned out so perfect!! Made an egg and put it on toast with a slice of Velveeta cheese and turkey sausage to make a breakfast sandwich for 5sp on WW Blue!😍 if you want to follow each other my Instagram name is @jordandoeshealth ! Seeing all these food posts on here has definitely already inspired me so much!

I think I need to try this!

KlammJam

Basted eggs are amazing. And if they overcook, they taste like hard boiled. MMMMM.
