How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone on the WW green plan on here? Or in any WW plan? I just signed up today and got put on the green plan with 41 smart points. Does that sound right for someone that wants to lose 40-50 lbs. I'm around 233lbs. Could anyone explain what the difference between the plans. Thank you so much!

Im on blue! I think the difference in plans have been explained well in the comments but I like blue because its a happy medium between the plans. Plus I tried purple before and I jist went overboard with the whole grains ans potatoes.
