How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hoping you guys can help me! I am super new to working out. This week I met with my personal trainer 2x and felt nauseous & shaky after both. To the people who workout on a regular basis, is there anything I can do to combat this? Any supplements or anything to eat before/after? Any help is appreciated!

Also, the workouts may be too hard on your body. I used to get sick too when I cranked up intensity. I would get dizzy and be restless at night. I almost passed out one time . I would build up to harder workouts. Listen to you body. You got this!

You will likely get used to it and your body will adjust, but as mentioned from others - eat easily digestible carbs before, and a protein carb mix after. Like a banana before, and a protein bar/shake after. It might take a bit to adjust if you haven't been in a gym for awhile, but it feels like crap for the first couple of weeks regardless.
