    Making my plan for the week to set myself up for success!!!! Last week we were sick so we had chick fit a soup one night and I had my combo for dinner so were doing the white enchiladas this week since we skipped them last week!! Hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow and KILL IT THIS WEEK!!!!! I am shooting for the new Buffbunny launch on Tuesday evening so we will be having a hello fresh meal (quick and easy) Don’t know the points on that yet but I will make it work into my day! How did set up Sunday work for you last week? Do you think it was helpful? Share your plan!

Do you subscribe to hellofresh or do you buy the kits at the grocery store?

My menu is very simple and a little boring, as I have quite a few serious food allergies and I try very hard not to have flares. Basically: either a fish or meat; a green veggie and either potato or brown rice for dinner. Occasionally a salad with some tuna or chicken. Allergic to wheat; corn; eggs; milk; walnuts; peanuts; oranges, soy, shrimp, almonds and hazelnuts.
