Well as of today the scale hasn’t went up or down it’s at a stall. This week I’m going to try and up my cardio do more cardio then weights and hopefully the scale will budge. My eating hasn’t been super splendid but it hasn’t been super horrible either. Being on your period you tend to snack and want sweets. Today is my daughters birthday and I promised myself even though we are having pizza and cake/ice cream. I’m going to force my self to not eat much cake/ice cream and maybe a slice of pizza and carrots to even it out
