Melody - it's from the ww app! But it's basically 1.5 lbs yukon potatoes cut and boiled until soft. Then drain and add them to a stand mixer. Add in 3/4 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp land o lakes light butter, salt, pepper, and chives and mix until smooth. I leave the skin on the
