How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I was so excited to be posting everyday in this challenge and when I signed up I was so excited for this journey. Then October 2 I found out I was expecting and I was shocked I was happy this baby would be our rainbow baby but sadly. Saturday 10th I ended up in the hospital for spotting but they said it could be normal so come back if worse.
Well Wednesday I spent all day in the hospital things increased and in the hospital bed I ended up miscarrying our baby. I don’t want any other woman to go through this. Every miscarriage is different and hurts every time.
So I’m slowly getting back to eating and the working out will be the one that’s going to be a bit I’m still on restrictions so when I can I’m going to slowly but get back into getting workouts done.
